With that inherent mod it's a little hard to say for certain, it's a max mod but comes with a price compared to other ones available. I wouldn't be surprised if you only get 10-12k offers, but I feel it's more worth 20-25k unless there's a meta-warrior build developed which requires low armor, than the price would jump up in a hurry.

5-10k sounds fair for that damage mod. But wont be an easy sale.

I agree with the above two PC. -10al is pretty much useless anywhere, anytime. So its price is gonna be around 10k even tho its max q9 c axe. BUT surely there might be a collector of q9 chaos axes with all the different mods. Maybe you can fetch a better price then ^^.
